Shipping + In-Store Pickup

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat $7 shipping rate on orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Our shipping business days are Tuesday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Most orders are shipped through USPS using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of the package. Tracking is included with every shipped order and will be emailed to you once your package is on its way.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and do not include possible carrier delays.

In-Store Pickup

Local customers may select free in-store pickup at checkout. Please wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready before coming to the store.

Orders placed during our regular business hours are typically ready for pickup the same day. Orders placed outside business hours will be prepared on our next business day.

Pickup is available during regular store hours at The Flying V Mercantile.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Flying V Mercantile is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned to us and needs to be shipped again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Flying V Mercantile is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced or stolen.

If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.
